Medical rescue of a hiker on Burke mountain required use of 4×4, ITV and Long Line rescue
Coquitlam SAR was activated by Coquitlam RCMP for 3 lost hikers believed to be on Burke Mountain yesterday at 5:30 pm.
One Saturday October 2nd, while 6 Coquitlam SAR members were assisting North Shore Rescue, we were notified by BC Ambulance of an injured hiker on the Diez Vistas trail near Buntzen Lake.
Subject of search on Eagle Ridge was stranded for three days on a cliff ledge.
