Argo orientation with Troy Smith from MRM
Coquitlam SAR was fortunate to have Troy Smith from Maple Ridge Motorsports guide us through a re-orientation of our Argo. This orientation included: general familiarization, maintenance, track installation and provided insight on the finer points of driving the Argo. Most people drive the Argo in a rough fashion (due to it’s tank like steering) ~ Troy showed the new members how to smoothly operate the vehicle, and prevent undue wear and tear on the machine.
The Argo is an 8X8 ATV which we use extensively throughout the year (more…) . It’s especially useful in accessing Eagle Mountain during the winter and transporting teams into the field.
